Tim and Ben were very professional and personable. The quote they gave us was reasonable, the windows arrived when they said they would. They were very efficient with their installation and the trim-out made them look like they were original to the house. We had every window in our house replaced (20+ windows) and Ben was our main contact for the project. He was not only super personable, but respectful. The work they did in the amount of time they had was also amazing! The windows look amazing, they left the house as clean as they found it, and they didn’t even complain about having to move a couple (or several) things we forgot in front of one of the windows we had replaced.

Can I give more than 5 stars? I can’t say enough good things about Tim and his team. The whole process was fantastic. We live in a historic neighborhood which meant we needed all wood – historical board approved windows. Tim worked to get us the best pricing on some beautiful Pella windows. Tim communicated with us every step of the way. The windows were reinforced, insulated and installed perfectly. They are efficient and so quiet! I recommend Tim and Window Replacements Unlimited for anyone looking for high quality custom projects.

It was a long wait due to their other commitments, but that being said it was worth the wait. They installed a large picture window, one smaller one, and my patio slider that had been poorly installed by another area contractor years ago. Extremely happy with the professionalism of these guys and I am very happy with the outcome. They are simply a couple of nice, decent, and honest guys — thanks!!

We have an older home and had a window break that let our cat loose, I called around for estimates and everyone was rude and had at least a month waiting list just for the estimate. I called Tim, he answered right away and came out that weekend to give us a quote. We decided to move forward and ordered the windows, he kept us in the loop each step of the way. This spring Ben and Tim replaced 19 windows and 3 doors in our 1948 cottage. We couldn’t be happier. They lengthened the windows in our main sitting area so we could see the lake easily. They did exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t be happier.

Quick response time to all our contacts, they met with us right away. No high pressure, listened to us and answered our questions. Installation date was as expected and they worked hard to install our windows around rainy weather and stayed in touch about their schedule. I like that they install what they sell, unlike alot of window companies, and we have no doubt that if any issues arise, they will stand behind their work. But the windows look great and operate flawlessly. They will be top of mind for our next project.

What an amazing experience with this company. I reached out to six or seven different window companies…this was the only company that had no issue coming out here while I was not home. He wrote up the quote and email it to me… hands-down they had the best prices..working with Ben was amazing…very impressed and they actually followed up with a thank you card in the mail!

After meeting with countless window reps from all the big names I was ready to give up…I never got a heavy sales pitch or anything like that from Ben and Tim, they were honest and up front and are just genuinely good people. Ben helped me figure out style and brand for our whole house replacements, we went with all black Pella Impervias and I couldn’t be happier. The windows are just what I wanted and the total cost was fair and less than that from Pella direct…The installation was great and my kids actually missed seeing “the window guys” when they finished the job.

Ben and his team were great! We bought an old farmhouse that desperately needed new windows before we could move in, and although the pandemic slowed things down, Ben was able to keep us updated on the progress with their supplier and was able to install all 18 windows within a short timeframe (once delivered). They were clean and tidy – I don’t see any leftover debris outside. Highly recommend this company!!

We have just had a wonderful experience with Ben, his dad and Castle. We replaced 2, 3x3ft windows in our bedroom with one 6x5ft picture window and one 6x4ft slider. Oh my, did they take our breath away! My goal was to bring the outside in and that’s exactly what we did. We are so, so pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism. The windows themselves are breathtaking. The manner in which they were installed was so satisfying in terms of promptness, quality, care of our home and property while installing. The consultation and estimate process was fast and direct — none of those cringy, embarrassing sales tactics we received from the other window sellers we considered. As far as jobs go, ours was relatively small – 8 windows, 1 sliding door, all on the first floor. We replaced our dated all-wood Andersen windows with Polaris ThermalWelds…

We had a great experience with Ben and the whole crew. Great family business and they did wonderful work. They did not cut corners and we are beyond happy with our new front door. We also got a new interior door to the garage and all of the trim and seals look great. We plan to use them again in the future to.replace windows. Highly recommend this company for doors and windows.

I had Ben and Tim out to replace all the windows in my first floor of my 1920 home. They did an excellent job, the windows are high quality and were installed well, including sealing the frames. The inside and out looks great. They were courteous, prompt and cleaned up the mess both inside and out. The installation was quick and un-intrusive
to our family.

We decided to get new windows for our house is cinder block construction
with wooden windows. We got three quotes and Windows Replacement
gave us the best price, they replaced 12 windows and changed our front window to a picture window, they finished the job in two days, I was very impressed on the custom trim they did on the outside their was no touch up
needed.

Super professional and ideal communication. I went with Tim and Ben bc of this. The other guy I spoke to before this made a ton of excuses about work being delayed and I hadn’t even met him yet. Also Really went above and beyond when they had to go through so many hoops with our condo association to get the “right trim”. They didn’t even mention it until I asked them about it.
